(Milan based, with possibility of remote work)

Evocon specializes in eCommerce development and growth, with particular focus on Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and Digital Native Vertical Brands (DNVB).

For the start-up of a new DTC in February 2021, we are looking for a brilliant and hungry young talent to work alongside the founders in developing the business.

You will join a team of digital pioneers, where bureaucracy is minimal and everyone has a direct impact on success.

Profile

• You understand that startups grow and become big, or fail and die. This does not scare you - you find it exciting;
• You like responsibility - in a position where you can really make or break the company;
• You hate bureaucracy and the slowness of big corporations. You experienced it and are depressed at the thought of working there again;
• You are highly analytical, have experience with MS Office and can communicate well.

Your Role

• Your job will transform many times, touching different company functions;
• Help define KPIs, plan strategies and execute marketing campaigns:
• Manage digital advertising budget, on a several channels.
• Help with financial controlling and CRM;
• Explore new business partnerships;
• Take part in new products development and fulfillment operations;
• Constantly research, monitor and analyze the market, to get business insights.
